A little glimpse of Easter Holiday

Happy Easter to you all!

We're spending some days again in winter land,

taking skis or snowmobile  to get things done and

we're back to "life of basic".

Eating food like the men working in the forest used to eat long before anyone
talked about "low fat" and cholesterol.

Having a lot of time together which I appreciate so much.

We even have time to watch the moon rising on the other side of the lake.

Happy Easter, Ella! I hope you're well. I see these photos and think maybe one day I'll actually get to see you in person, and experience a bit of that winter wonderland in real life!

Hi Ella

Happy Easter to you too. I've spent the past week in bed with a flu bug and just today have gotten to sit upright for the first time. It was horrible...
I always love looking at your photos. I wish you would share some of your recipes though- the food always looks so delicious. There is a lot of snow on the ground. Spring is in full swing here but these past few nights we've had freeze warnings so that has slowed things considerably. I hope you had a wonderful Easter holiday with your family. The moon shot is my fave.
happy week to you Ella.

I really like the feathers on the tree...is that a custom where you are?
You seem to have a life much like ours, stil snow,(though it finally melting fast!), chopping wood for the woodstove, and travelling by snowmobile and skiis.
