18 years

Do you remember your eighteenth birthday?

Someone very close to me has recently reached that very special day and a week ago she also managed to get her driver's license. (We can't get it until the age of 18 here i Sweden) I'm so very proud of her but I must confess that I haven't got used to the situation that I have a child in the age of majority. I guess that I will get it some day, but as long as the children stay in the house it won't be so different. Except that the car will be occupied more frequently....

Oh, congratulations!! Bittersweet, no doubt, to see your little one reach such an age... hope that she is a safe driver!!

Felicitations for the young lady and much luck for the new life.
Congratulations to the mum and much pleasure with the adult daughter.

Happy Birthday to your daughter! I'm sure she is very excited to be 18 and I share your amazement at how quickly children grow.

Time goes by so fast! I too have an 18 year old...rules STILL apply! :)
In our state in the US kids may drive at 16. I think 18 is better...allows for more maturity!

Pretty cake!
