Visiting a gallery can be so wonderful but this day outside on my skies couldn't have been better. The moisture must have been high this cold night close to the river as the snow crystals were formed so beautiful. I was so charmed of what I saw.
Those snow crystal are knockouts! They look like what we call here "hoar frost". It's always lovely to see. Your snow cover is amazing too, looks great for skiing. We haven't had enough snow here for that - it's been years since I've had my x-country skis out. The weather forecast for tomorrow is for freezing rain and then highs in the 40's for the day after, meaning everything will melt! I wish you could send some of your snow this way! Ella, these two pictures are amazing! We don't have any snow where I live, it's always a four to five hours drive into the mountains if I want to see snow. I often miss it, especially those snowy, clear, sunny but cold days. Your ice crystals are so beautiful!

Ella those are incredible! I grew up in the cold part of the US in Michigan, but we never had these formations. Amazing. I've just caught up on you and your family adventures. Wonderful snow. I miss it. Much love from Baltimore, Nelle
